Single Occupancy (one conference attendee): $169

Double Occupancy (two conference attendees): $214

Room rates are available for days before or after the conference depending on availability.

The occupancy rates apply to the conference attendees only and all meals will be included.

If spouses or family members stay, they are entitled to the hot breakfast buffet each morning. Spouses and family members can purchase lunch and dinner passes at the front desk for the meals which they would like to attend.

Lunch $20.00/person, per meal & Dinner $26.00/person, per meal

(Meals for children under age 12 are free)

Reservations can be made by calling Hotel Reservations at 410-859-5700, press 7, and let them know you are with Port Ministries International (Booking ID 9217).

Cutoff Date: Wednesday, June 4, 2025

After the reservation cutoff date, requests for additional rooms will be handled on a space-available and rate-available basis. Individual reservation cancellations must be received 72 hours before check-in. Any cancellations received after that time or no-shows will be charged the equivalent of one night’s room and tax per reserved room.
