The annual conference is a time to focus on important issues concerning port ministry and connect with fellow port chaplains. Our prayer is that everyone will be inspired, encouraged, and refreshed.


Conference Registration Fee is $200 per conference attendee.

Single Occupancy (one conference attendee): $169

Double Occupancy (two conference attendees): $214


The occupancy rates apply to the conference attendees only and all meals will be included.


If spouses or family members stay, they are entitled to the hot breakfast buffet each morning. Spouses and family members can purchase lunch and dinner passes at the front desk for the meals which they would like to attend.

Lunch $20.00/person, per meal & Dinner $26.00/person, per meal

Reservations


Reservations can be made by calling Hotel Reservations at 410-859-5700, press 7, and let them know you are with Port Ministries International.


Cutoff Date: Wednesday, June 4, 2025


After the reservation cutoff date, requests for additional rooms will be handled on a space-available and rate-available basis. Individual reservation cancellations must be received 72 hours before check-in. Any cancellations received after that time or no-shows will be charged the equivalent of one night’s room and tax per reserved room.
